Released on August 4th, 2009 - Free Thesis Skin
A great starting point for Thesis skinners- Thesis Bare is meant to be expanded on. Lose a lot of the identifying elements of Thesis and expand on it’s framework to make your own unique look. This skin presents a blank slate of sorts, losing all of the borders, backgrounds, lines, common font styles, and other elements of the default Thesis look. And hey, if you like the style as it is, feel free to use it on your site without changing a thing.

I always want to do my own thing. Thesis makes that easy, but the Bare Skin makes it just that bit easier… Thesis normal has some hidden styles, for things like comments by author, that one just needs to disable to be able to do your own thing. After all – with a different color scheme they’re not likely to be a match. So, for a designer like me, it’s best to start off with the ‘bare’ essentials. Otherwise it would be hunting for code to find all the places the weird blue was used. Useless and unnecessary.
Starting with black and white and your own fonts is a great starting place for something new.
